CRM Health embeds a set of independent "tweaks" directly into the Bitrix24 interface. Each tweak solves a specific operational problem and can be enabled or disabled individually. Settings are saved per Bitrix24 account.
Included modules
Pipeline Health Monitor
Analyses all open deals in a selected pipeline and detects systemic risks: bottlenecks (stages with accumulated stuck deals), a high percentage of frozen deals, and value concentration in a single stage. Shows a per-stage breakdown table, a risk-signal feed, and a heatmap of deal age across stages.
Sales Attention Inbox
Automatically collects deals and leads that require immediate attention based on inactivity and stagnation rules. Each item is prioritised (Critical / High / Medium) and shows the reason, the responsible manager, days without activity, and a recommended action. Supports one-click activity creation (call, email, meeting, task) directly from the inbox.
Deal Qualification Assistant
Adds a Qualification tab to every deal details form. Analyses the deal for missing data and process gaps - no methodology required. Detects signals such as: no decision-maker contact linked, no planned next step, deal amount not set, deal aging, and contact inactivity. Shows a colour-coded health badge and actionable recommendations.

An admin-level hub accessible from the CRM toolbar. Combines three views:

- Data Quality - identifies unused custom CRM fields across deals, contacts, companies, and leads; supports bulk deletion of unused fields.
- Team Activity - CRM engagement statistics per manager for a configurable period: calls, emails, meetings, tasks, deals updated, and an engagement percentage with trend.
- Health Overview - aggregate health score (0-100) across all sub-systems.
A complete HR operations hub with three sub-modules:
- Onboarding Automation Hub - create onboarding templates, automatically generate tasks with SLA deadlines when a new employee is started, track progress per employee, and receive Bitrix24 IM notifications when tasks are overdue or approaching their deadline. Configurable notification frequency prevents alert fatigue.
- HR Attention Inbox - aggregates HR signals (SLA violations, overdue onboarding steps, review delays) into a single prioritised list with quick-action buttons.
- Performance Review Manager - structured review cycles and templates for HR and line managers; tracks self-review and manager-review completion; sends soft reminders via Bitrix24 notifications.
Requirements
- Bitrix24 plan: Standard or above (access to CRM custom fields, placements, and the task API is required)
- Permissions granted on install: CRM, Tasks, Users, Placements, App Options
- No external services or integrations required - all data stays inside your Bitrix24
- No additional software needs to be installed by the user
- Admin rights are recommended for full access to CRM Maintenance Center and HR Health modules
- The app is a hosted SaaS solution; it connects to your Bitrix24 account via OAuth and the REST API
