Descrizione
This application allows users to initiate calls from their CRM via the 3CX Web Client. Additionally, when an incoming call occurs the customer record will pop up in the Bitrix24 CRM and an activity box will also be opened. In a nutshell, this plugin allows:
- Click to Call – Launch calls straight from the CRM application
- Call Pop-ups – The customer record is brought up automatically
- Call Journals – All calls are logged as call records in the CRM
