RingCentral is an intuitive platform for voice, video meetings, team messaging, and collaboration.
The integration app allows you to take and place calls from Bitrix24 using RingCentral app.
The call time, duration, and recordings get mapped to your CRM client records after a call is finished.
Prior to configuring the integration app make sure that your RingCentralplan includes access to APIs.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

Telefonia
accesso limitato: visualizza, crea, modifica ed elimina le linee di chiamata in uscita; cerca i clienti CRM per numero di telefono; visualizza, crea, modifica ed elimina le linee SIP; gestisci il pannello informativo delle chiamate e visualizza le statistiche delle chiamate
Utenti (minimo)
leggi l'elenco e i nomi degli utenti senza le informazioni di contatto
Chat e notifiche
accesso completo: visualizza, crea, modifica ed elimina chat e messaggi; connetti gli utenti alle chat; modifica le chat; legge tutti i messaggi della chat
Struttura azienda
accesso completo: visualizza, crea, modifica ed elimina i reparti

Calls are not correctly transmitted to Bitrix, statistics do not correspond to reality, some of the records do not fall into the CRM. There is no technical support at all. Bitrix has been trying to fix the problem for six months, the result is zero
